Current Staffing
With a mission that is near and dear to our hearts, Current Staffing is a job placement company dedicated to helping people with disabilities. It was a natural fit for CityMouse Inc. to connect with this great team of people.
This project called for several points of focus. First, we had to work hard on the branding. We placed an emphasis on clarity, scalability, and color usage which would be ideal for people of all visual levels.
Next, we redesigned the website to follow a similar mindset of clarity and ease-of-use. This involved a respect for white space, clean navigational prompts, and a presentation that was ideal for screen readers and users of all abilities.
In all, this project demanded a balance between accessibility and visual appeal. It was a great testament for the CityMouse approach of designing in a way that cognitively sharp, easy-to-use, and visually attractive all at once.
Love For Paris
In 2015, in the wake of the Paris terror attacks, we felt compelled to do something in our little sphere to help. The result was the creation of LoveForParis.com, which CityMouse, Inc. Creative Director Justin Negard led the design on.
The goal was for artists around the world to display their own work regarding these deadly attacks as a show of solidarity and peace. The execution was a simple yet attractive website design which would be easy for users across the globe to navigate. We wanted the site to be clear for the artists to learn what their work was and was not being used for, as well as for users to browse the inspiring art.
